Near EncounterA girl runs
As fast as she possibly can.
Over her own feet
Darkness closes in on her
Still she runs,
Her feet pounding against the floor
Her mind pleads,
The darkness already surrounds her,
Swirling around her.
She cant see a thing
And yet she still runs
She doesnt know.
Suddenly, shes falling
She closes her eyes
But forgets what the light looks like.
She opens her eyes to a blinding light
One that forces the darkness out of her.
Shes in a white room with many others surrounding her.
A hospital, probably.
Her mother wraps her arms around her tightly whispering,
